According to the Urantia Book, all mortal-inhabited worlds are evolutionary in origin and nature. These planets serve as the spawning ground and evolutionary cradle for the mortal races of time and space.
Let’s explore the specifics: Grouping of Inhabited Worlds: All inhabited worlds are essentially grouped for celestial administration into local systems. Each local system is limited to about one thousand evolutionary worlds where mortals of survival status reside.
This limitation is by the decree of the Ancients of Days and applies to actual evolutionary planets with mortal inhabitants. It does not include worlds that are already settled in light and life or those in the prehuman stage of life development.
